I'm not sure why the pose is awful, but I like the face too. Also the stronger colours and the blockiness. And he is nicely dressed :3
But if he's a cleaner, I'm not sure how much laundry he can fit in that little bag. Kudos, though, for posting a character with a normal profession, instead of the usual warriors, assassins, or shiftless punks.
