As the title says, this base is meant to represent an alternate form that can accessed by one of my primary dino characters, Malikai Rex.

He was born with what's known as a "Primal Gene*, a special kind of gene which allows him to transform at will into a full sized, feral Tyrannosaur form. This form comes in handy for when he requires a boost in strength when fighting monsters that are too strong for him to take down in his base anthro form.

But accessing this form didn't come as easy. Early on in his life he had to learn how to master his transformations so that he could maintain them longer than a few minutes or seconds. Eventually he finally reached his peak to where he could remain in Beast Mode as long as he chooses to.

Despite appearing to be feral when fighting in this form, Malikai still retains his intelligence, which allows him to actually figure out how to fight certain monsters. Plus, he can still talk.
