I do like the colour scheme and I realise he's supposed to be male, but he's kind of stout and not quite in a good way.
It looks like his proportions are slightly squashed all over to one degree or another.
I mean, just looking at his head, the face is fine, then we have this giant ear that's nearly as big as the rest of his head and this tiny one on the other side that is so far forward it looks like it's sprouting from his forehead.
Moving down the body, the near arm has an elongated upper arm and a shortened forearm and the hand has no palm at all. It looks like his fingers come straight off his wrist, and the hand doesn't line up with the forearm either which makes it look like there's a break in that limb.
The torso isn't too bad but it's kind of short.
His far arm appears to have no shoulder (unless his chest is circular, we should be able to see a little of the shoulder) again the upper arm is elongated, the forearm is probably the same length as the near one should be (those forearms should be the other around around, further away things are smaller) and the hand has very little in the way of a palm.
There appears to be something off about his hips, it doesn't look like they connect right to his pelvis. The tail isn't too bad but if you look at the folds above it? They dip in when they shouldn't. Either that tail stopped when it hit the skirt or the skirt line is off.
The legs are rather mushy anatomically wise, and again the near one is smaller than the far one. Especially the calf which must be tiny to be under that legging.
I think you need to study proportions and perspective, those are your weak areas, also draping cloth over a chair or other items and doing some sketches of how it collects in folds might help you avoid the disappearing tail problem. ;)
