Just to show I'm not dead, I figured I'd shot a screen shot of what I've been working on, little by little if at all. So far, the entire image is drawn in GIMP only because I don't have the money to legally get a decent digital art program.

Anyway, the cliff face and the sky background were done with the burn/dodge tool and smudged after flat coloring, the shorts were done with 7 layered shades of blue then smudged. That part of the body that I do have shaded was done with a fuzzy brush set to 10% opacity.

BTW, this is my first ever digital coloring job.
