Colour him/her however you like. Add a horn to make it a unicorn, feathery wings to make it a pegasus pony, dragonfly wings to make it a flutter pony... Give it fluffy hooves and make it a mountain pony - GO NUTS. Add as many accessories as you like!
I really prefer you NOT add genitalia or make the pony indecent, but eh, I can't stop you.
