A few days after Apex's official release from detainment, Bronx invites the hulking gorilla to his place, after compiling their shared interests...
This is just a one-page scene that was running through my head that I wanted to create and share. Bronx is a polyamorous hedonist (like most of my characters), who has enjoyed getting together for nights of wrestling fun with plenty of heroes and villains (reformed or otherwise) alike.
With my love of the business-casual LARP'ing relationship that characters from shows like The Venture Bros' have, I wanted to incorporate similar themes in my own superhero universe as far back as when I made Bernhardt: the idea that while heroes and villains certainly exist and do their hard work in the real world, there might be an underground scene where heroes and less chaotic villains get together and enjoy sharing time with the only people who truly understand and can empathize with their unique lifestyle.

This one is definitely the prequel to the current comic that I'm working now here in 2021, lol. Actually, the latest one has a reference to this page and half of a 4th-wall-break pointing out how bad I've been about uploading stuff for the past year xP
NO! Argh, I hit [Hide Comment] with my middle mouse click when I wanted to scroll up to the top of the page, how'd that happen!?!
*Whew! Thankfully I had a duplicate tab open because of that, so your comment was originally:
[He is letting his personal preference appear. Not that it is a problem XD]
Blargh, lesson learned.......

10 months Earlier: X3 WOW! Really, I can't wait to see that beast crushed by the gorilla beefcake X3.
Now: X3 WOW! Really, I can't wait to see that beast crushed by the gorilla beefcake X3.
Future: God you did such a good job. The way the beast was hugged for all those panels was great. I loved how helpless he looked to. And the way the gorilla flexed his body around the beast super sexy and top notch. X3 Hope we see more soon.

More like a parole officer! In this world, people can register themselves as superheroes, and depending on their powers, can be placed into certain tiers—they can then be sponsors for other registered heroes at their tier or lower, in order to provide a community support network of individuals who empathize and share similar experiences, to prevent misuse of powers. Apex ended up misusing his monstrous strength, and instead of a law enforcement or federal parole officer after serving his time, Apex was able to receive a superhero parole sponsor: Bronx!
They don't live together though. Apex is trying to start a "gang"; like, a "villain's club", but perfectly legal and all, just for roleplaying villains without actually breaking laws.
