My dead friends, from smallest to largest: norway rat, rabbit, fox and domestic dog. Theres some fox tails in the background too.
Please be aware that all my dead stuff is found as either roadkill or a natural death, or is given to me secondhand by people who don't want them any more. I would never, ever pay money for an animal thats been deliberately killed or killed for reasons I consider unethical. That should be obvious.

Very cool. I have the top half of a fox skull that I found and cleaned after being hit by a train (lucky the majority of the skull in tact). And now am working on a kitty that was unfortunately killed by my over-rambunctious and playful lab mix. Very sad for the kitty but I suppose I am thankful it was a stray.
well, its a tough collection to build up really, given that I can't buy anything deliberately killed by man, so have to rely on roadkills, natural deaths and such. In a way, its probably for the best since if I allowed myself to just buy every skull I see, I'd have no money left!
Got a coyote and a deer on hold too, so they'll be joining them soon!

There are always skulls for sale online, and on ebay especially. But its just a matter of your own personal ethics. I can't buy ebay skulls as most of them don't tell you where they get them from, so they're likely from legal culls or hunting, which I can't be comfortable with. I have to just rely on ones people have found on walks, or roadkill, or which are really old and unwanted so Im not encouraging any more killing by buying them. But I know some people are perfectly morally comfortable with culls and see the skulls as just by products, so it depends on what you think.
I use them for spiritual work so to have something deliberately killed by man for profit feels kinda tainted to me.
