For technical stuff, he was sketched with a .5 mechanical pencil and outlined in a black gel pen. the base colors, Random's green and yellow, were with the use of a special marker that uses oil paint. The orange was with a partially dry red oil marker, and the shading and highlights were done in colored pencil. The eyes were colored by using a blue pen really lightly on the eyes....
