My new girl Kon

Bio
Name: Kon. While she has gone by many titles through the ages, the name this creature modernly introduces herself as is ‘Kon’ (Pronounced Con)
Race: Greater goddess of the domains of luck, trickery and misfortune
Age:
Her exact age cannot be quite be measured. She stalked the halls of the radiant pantheons when the first legends were recorded. She was regarded with suspicion, distaste, but respect among the those figures of legend even before Gilgamesh defeated the guardian of the Cedar Forest. All that can be said for certain is this. When the living races first consciously dared to hope, to pray for a fortuitous hunt, to wistfully seek a change in the winds, Kon was born of these desires.
Sex:
Kon is a woman. There are, however, rare tales of this figure sporting male genitalia, though these stories cannot exactly be confirmed.
Personality:
What one can say of this creature, without any shadow of a doubt, is that she is confident in herself, that she view most people as completely irrelevant, and that she is cruel. Having come from a time of pre-history, she acts like a creature that depends solely on her own dominance. It is considered to be one of the worst things you could possibly do to preform something that could, in any way possible, bring her attention solely on you.
Height and weight: Kon Typically appears at 5 foot (152.4cm) and is about 100 Lbs (45 KG)
Likes:
Sleep. Food. Toys. Tormenting those who disturb her. The feeling of having a desperate hope flung to the wind in a prayer that some one-in-a-million chance may possibly change what the fates decree. Her Special soul
Dislikes:
Self-entitled insects who believe that calling upon her is anything less than a hopeless plea.
Powers: As a goddess Kon has a great deal of powers at her disposal
Fortune/Misfortune manipulation: Kon has complete control over luck and misfortune which makes her very dangerous when she's in the mood for cruelty.
Power Granting: This is the ability to confer powers to another being or beings. Kon is able to give mortals a portion of their divine powers through this ability - either to use them as a tool in some plot, or as a reward for their dedication or worship. These powers can either be permanent, or simply individual gifts granted upon request. However, in all instances, such powers can still be revoked by the Kon.
Size changing: Kon can alter her size at will. She generally appears at about 5 foot in height but she can range anywhere from 5 inches to 91 feet tall
Metamorphosis: also known as shapeshifting, is the ability to change from one physical form or shape into another. Kon can alter her physical features, allowing her to appear as nearly any humanoid she wants. Coupled with her size changing she has a wide array of appearances she can take
Magic: Kon has many magical powers common to Kitsune like creatures. Including charms, illusions and enchantments.
Mirror Dodge
When hit by an attack, Kon can replace herself with an illusory duplicate and teleport to any area she can see. Kon takes no damage from the attack, which instead destroys the illusory duplicate. Using this ability requires a line of sight to where she wishes to land
Perfect Lie
When telling a lie, Kon can use her power to make the lie indiscernible from the truth by both mundane and magic means. Obvious proof of her falsehood still reveals the lie for what it is, but in absence of proof, those who hear her lie believe it.
True Innocence: Conferring this blessing on someone gives them a permanent aura of "innocence," such that the character never looks guilty or surprised. On ordinary mortals this works flawlessly, so a guard surprising the blessed in the process of breaking open a strongbox would immediately assume that the thief belonged there, and might even offer to go and get the key. Note that the effect only lasts while in the presence of those who are blessed. The guard, stepping outside the room (to get the key, of course), would immediately say to himself, "Wait a minute, I've never seen that guy before, and why was he dressed all in black?" Once someone's suspicions are aroused, it's up to the blessed to come up with a plausible explanation/excuse. Permanent, until revoked by Kon. Range: Line of sight with the blessed; those beyond the range of the enchantment may question the character's innocence and explanations.
Teleportation: Teleportation is the ability to move objects or people from one place or another instantaneously.
Divine Flight: Kon can fly at any speed up to light speed if she desires.
Immortality: Immortality is the ability to possess an infinite lifespan, never aging or dying due to illness.
Superhuman Senses: Kon possess heightened senses that enables her hear far beyond mortal limitations.
Superhuman Physical Attributes: Kon possesses immeasurable physical strength, stamina, endurance, reflexes, and agility that are far superior than those of any mortals. Her endurance and stamina is virtually limitless as her physical form is essentially an extension of her will.
Telekinesis: Kon has the ability to move objects and beings with the mind
Mind control / Suggestion / Illusions / Madness: Kon has the power to control the mind and subconscious of mortal beings. Can also suggest the mind with voices, sounds, illusions, as if they were his own subconscious with whom his talks and forces them to do anything
Sealed Fate: The mortal Kon curses is doomed to die in an appointed fashion (Drowning, suffocation, Burning, electrocution, stabbing Ect). Whenever the target ends up in a situation related to the appointed method (in a pool, near a fire ect) things will simply fall into place and he/she dies from the effects of the curse as fate directs them where they need to be.
Combat: Kon is untrained in any combat, but that does not mean she is not dangerous. When she is goaded into combat she has a very feral style which matches a cornered animal. She will claw, punch, kick, bite as well as use her spells and abilities to inflict as much damage as she can as fast as she can. Her favorite is to jump in, land a quick strike or two then bound out to a safe distance.
Weakness: Generally anything that can harm a greater god/goddess/Divine being could harm her, but with her luck control and other powers she's hard to pin down. Her main weakness is her favorite soul.
Kon's favorite soul is the soul of a mortal. This soul inhabits a mortal vessel and Kon is completely obsessed with it. This soul inhabits a mortal. the mortal grows up and the mortal passes and Kon simply exists waiting for them to be reborn again. This can take days or mellennia but Kon will always find her way back into the life of this soul. It is important to note that none of Kon's powers can affect the life of her special soul, and as such she cannot help them in any way other than physically helping them and she cannot influence their emotions and must get them to like her based upon her own merits and flaws. This of course gets easier with every iteration as Kon learns to act slightly more open and compassionate to her soul, but she still views other mortals as insects beneath her. Still if requested Kon will behave around others.
Her deepest desires are to be completely at the mercy of her special soul. She is already powerless to them but she wishes to also be physically powerless to them as well.
Her special soul currently inhabits a feline boy named Callistaire who Kon is constantly seeking approval and attention from, even if he's slightly oblivious to her intent.
