Today's prompt was... a bit confusing. Wasn't sure how to go about it, so I just made a seemingly high seahorse with some effects. I had to redraw the upper body because quite frankly, I hated the anatomy. But eh, what can you do. It's over and done and I'm not about to stress over something I wasn't sure how to do in the first place
