Hailing from the independent city-state of Gate Pass, Rizzak has been a fixture within the Resistance for over 40 years as a tactician, raid leader, and arcane expert. Brought out of retirement by the invasion of his adopted home, Rizzak now uses his formidable magical and martial skill leading a team to ruin the plans of any Empire commander or inquisitor they encounter.

One of those adventures lead to the kobold bonding with an artifact weapon carved from the branch of a First Tree and once wielded by a legendary eladrin paladin. Originally in the form of a greatsword, it has taken a shape more suitable to the old kobold's fighting style.
