Pirate Louies are coming back now! I've been wanting to draw them but with animations and things currently happening, I ended up forgetting about them for a couple years. But fear not! They are back! For now, I did something to experiment with drawing/painting water since it's my weak spot.
This has been done in Paint Tool Sai. :)
