I recommend less populated areas. Got a good view on it in Bavaria during a palaeontology excursion, but considering the depicted planet has native species at a palaeolithic stage at most, the clarity shown would be hard to achieve in real life.

I would love for a wonderful coincidence, like when the entirety of New York had a power outage and so many people got to see the milky way for the first time.. I would likely need to drive for a few hours to see it myself. Perhaps I will someday
