XI. Justice
Justice is another card that flip-flops depending on the deck. In Rider-Waite it's ranked 11, while in the Thoth deck it's rank 8 and called Adjustment. It's as straightforward as "justice" itself is - the ultimate arbiter, the giver and enforcer of law. It is balance, uncompromising objectivity, cause and effect. The figure depicted on the card is usually female, Lady Justice herself, wielding a double-edged sword - for justice cuts both ways.
Element: Air.
Upright: fairness, balance, harmony between reality and instinct, law, objectivity.
Reversed: extremes, unbalanced, self-centered, self-righteousness, unfairness.

An arbitrator with amazing faith in law and an unwavering sense of fairness. She shows her dedication to these ideals with her sword, which she carries with no sheath. Can be a little on edge as a result.
