No. That's her body.
In her universe it is called a "Vase Chassis". They are popular because a persons soul, bound do their now synthetic brain, takes time to acclimatize to a new body or new parts, which is uncomfortable. A vase chassis is very low maintenance to avoid this.
Using Remote Presence Control (RPC) technology she can either have herself installed into a mobility frame or temporarily move her presence to a remote body. Her real body needs to stay powered up and within a mile or so of the remote for it to work, but otherwise feels as if her brain is installed in the remote.
Right now her VI servants have set her down with her pet Vixabies, a native species on the world she lives on, as they play. Getting knocked over doesn't hurt her. Vixabies are smart animals and are easily trained to tip their owner upright if knocked over during play. Her Vixabies are her "babies" and she is their "mama".
The bluetooth speaker next to her is a voice synthesizer, as her body doesn't have one installed.
