Natalie is a tomboyish and nerdy Quilladin who is interested in things such as comic books, video games, action movies, and so forth. Despite her attitude towards most male interests, she's not that much into Pokemon battling, as she sees it as being "boring" in her opinion. Her mother is Miranda, a doctor who is often James and Albert's family doctor, while her father Russel is a cop. Natalie likes to be around people who are smart and creative, and usually tends to be in groups such as her high school's anime club and science class groups.
Natalie also like to toy around with technoligical devices to see how they work, and tends to be always fascinated with the latest computers and technology, especially when it comes to film-making, to which she wants to work with special effects in film (she prefers practical effects more than CGI). Just about anything cool and nerdy makes her more fun to be with, to the point where she can go on and on about a topic she likes.
Natalie secretly has a crush on Albert but refuses to admit it. She tends to get nervous around him whenever he is nearby, and has actually liked him since she was a Chespin in elementary school. She absolutely loves how Al made his own robot assistant and is very friendly with Nate. She used to wear glasses as a Chespin, but started to wear contacts after evolution. Natalie also has a very close friendship with Ace, a Shaymin, as they often hang out together.
