Had to update again because big thoughts came in and now I am very happy with this.
-Toned the greens down, you're welcome
-Changed the legs back to plantigrade as digitigrade the way I was doing them for rough 80% of otters looked a lil awkward. Mostly because I wanted to express more of the short stumpy limbs otters had. Aw well can translate that better with plantigrade.
