After knowing what's wrong with Raine, he knew he had to do something to save her, even if that means he could lose his reputation. Dyke took a stand in front of his boss during court and prosecuted him from sexual and physical abuse. Whenever Raine felt unprotected and depressed, Dyke cuddles her up with his super fluffy body and covers her with his long flowy green robe. Dyke is, of course, a lovely huggy bear.
