This character belongs to one of my friends. It's the tarot card "Fool" and he's a looney psychopath that like to surgically kill people like Jack the ripper while singing music by the band "Tool". There are no eyes in his eye sockets. He likes to "borrow" eyes from another living person until the energy of those eyes run out. Anyway, enough bio. This was again, me, attempting to use bright and bold colours. I experiment constantly. Anyways, enjoy!
