Not yo' Momma's Flapjacks!
I've been hearing some complaints that I don't draw my fursona nearly enough! Or at least, I don't really have a fitting ref anymore, since I've decided that she's pretty much all 'cat' now. SO. Here's first of a few things I've been working on.
I've decided that if Gravey had a job, she'd probably be a baker! Though she wouldn't go to work like this! ;D

Yeah, that happens all the time with me. I need to colour superrrrrrrrquick or it will dry up, meaning that when I fill something, I get little bars with a darker color instead of one consistent layer. I've paid almost 200 for the ones I have now and I've become afraid to use them... X3
I'm sure that Ryoku would love how very big, soft , round and warm they became.... along with the pancakes.
Gravy looks very cute and hot in the lobster-red apron. It matches the hair well. I remember an episode of the "Møuse" anime series where, like your fursona, one of the extremely curvacious henchwoman was naked exept for having a rather skimpy cooking apron suit to sudduce the title thief with.

Personally, waffles are better >o> Big thick waffles. The ultimate breakfast item made of batter.
But the face definitely looks more feline. really its cute, though I still like the old graveys face. It just has something special about it I can't put my finger down on about it.

What's weird is though I liked it, I feel like it didn't have as much personality. I wasn't connected with her old face as much! Even though I enjoyed drawing it.

When it comes to anything made with a dough or batter, my dad is a whiz. He makes the best pancakes in the world and his specialty is Waldorf Red Cake which is NOT THE SAME as Red Velvet Cake. He is also a whiz when it comes to steaks and BBQ. My mom does the rest.

Great drawing! If I had a bakery I would like to put it up on the wall. I used to work at a bakery as an assistant to the owner, an old German baker. He was going to teach me to be a baker, but he died before he could. I wish I could work at a bakery again, it was about the only job that I actualy liked.
