I tried a lower resolution style approach, so this one doesn't have a high resolution for it. The idea is to purposefully artifact certain portions of it by resizing it up and down throught the process. Supposedly it helps add an extra sense of ambience to it. I think that combined with the lofty idea for not much work time lead to me actually being a little late AGAIN!

That said I wonder if the differences are actually too different from my normal work.
