As the text suggests, as a civilian, he's a pretty decent guy to hang around, and often invites his comrades over to his house to party and whatnot.

Also, typically he's anatomically correct, but if you wish to draw fanart of him sans-clothing, you don't necessarily HAVE to draw anything... suggestive That's more of a rule for ME drawing him. Makes me have to practice clothing.
