Huh funny to see Alex in a kilt? 🤔
The 60s are overshadowed by the war in Vietnam, but there is another war, that I find way more interesting, and that is the Aden emergency that lasted from 1965-1967, in the City Of Aden In modern day Yemen, was a British colony for well over a hundred years, but by the 1960s Arab nationalism was on the rise, and colonialism was on the decline, in Aden two rebel groups called the NFL and FLOSY, started a conflict to get the British out of Aden, and so the British government deployed the Arygle and southerland highlanders regime in Aden to fight off the rebels.
