I have found a few possible reasons to wear a diaper suit (that can clean you and itself).
A) Voiding Syncope (the technical term for empty either bladder or bowels). For mitriction syncope (fainting after peeing in the morning, due to low blood pressure), this could be useful the suit could technically lay on the ground if you faint, or you could do it in bed, and not worry about falling.
B)since it can cool you down, could be something for heat exhaustion. Heat stroke, person could be placed in one, and then suit takes the person to the hospital.
