This ref sheet is done by the lovely and wonderful person named 
They did such a wonderful job at figuring out a good look for my Eevee form, and I really appreciated it! They even added touches I didn't think of, and it gives enough variety, yet natural feeling that it is perfect! You should give them a watch!

Personality: As an Eevee, she tends to be more shy at first, and incredibly quiet and reserved. However, getting to know her, she becomes a bundle of energy that likes to hang out and play, or learn new things. She is always curious and ends up wanting to learn new things while in this form, making her seem more like a young teen in personality, unlike her usual calm and motherly personality Vaporeon form.

Background Information (Anthro)
Jotie was born in the forest at a young age as a traditional Shiny Eevee from Zolos and Mikasu in the Kanto Region at Cerulean City. At a young age, they did notice she had two-toned eyes, which didn’t share either of their eye colors. Though as she grew closer to her toddler age, the eye colors seem to almost correct itself to the point they both look silver from afar. There was a further interesting fact that the fur colors were reversed from one another, where her primary fur is white, while her mane is silver. Given to her father’s side, she ended up having longer ears, and being bigger than the average Eevee because of it.
However, as Jotie grew up, there was a sudden attack by the Team Rocket members upon a city takeover. Zolos was unfortunately out and about at the time when it happened, going to the Johto Region to visit his elders in Violet City. Mikasu was cooperating at the time, carrying her daughter until they noticed the odd fur pattern. They demanded to give Jotie to them, and she did her best to fight the Team Rocket members, but she was unfortunately overwhelmed. The injuries proved too much and she soon died in her home, while Jotie was taken away. Zolos soon returned to his home, realizing that the place was run by Team Rocket and he found his daughter missing and the mother dead in the living room.
When under care of Team Rocket, she was taken out from her hometown and ended up at Cinnabar Island, being experimented upon similarly done with vicious gene splicing as recorded from when Mewtwo was created. However, unlike Mewtwo, Jotie was unable to escape and had to endure the entire process, until Zolos and several other Pokemon invaded the Mansion, freeing other enslaved Pokemon, including Jotie.
Due to the gene splicing, she has lost a lot of her memory, and was prone to have short-term memory loss due to the interruption. One of the main notable sights on Jotie was the odd cyan bioluminescent features she gained, her tongue capabilities of stretching out as long as a Greninja’s tongue, and her blood seemed to have some sort of alteration to its natural colors as well, being a more dark blue tint than the traditional red. Her eye color changed back to a more heterochromatic eye color once again, turning her left eye as a bright blue, while the right is silver. She also gained unnatural traits of markings that weren’t traditionally there as well along her fur of dark blue. Most likely due to the experiment she underwent.
As she grew up, Ary treated Jotie like she was her own child. She was teased a lot during her Elementary and high school years for her unusual features. However, her brother and sister kept her protected from such problems that would arise. Even then, Ary always was there to comfort her, helping her keep her head straight, while Zolos taught her to get tough. Even then, Krystal and Zuki become a tight knit group, keeping one another from being bullied while going through grade school.
High School is one of the stranger years for her, as she is a teen, she was further introduced to the family trade at a young age, being taught by her mother and father about the birds and the bees, as they didn’t trust the school system. It was later on that Jotie did learn that her family is apart of a Royal family of breeders. She only came across this information from the countless high schoolers teasing Jotie, or hitting on her, and one of the bullies brought that up. She ended up confused and frustrated about it. Once her father found out, he had a sit down and talk about it all. At first, Jotie was rebellious about it, blaming them for their lifestyle. Though Zolos would calm her down and did help explain that she didn’t have to live the life as they would, though he reminded her that they are of royal blood, so she does have many perks that the bullies would never had. Even stating that they are just jealous of what power she has over them. This did make her feel a bit better. When questioned about how their workplace operated, Zolos would laugh and tell her “Once you are older and out of High School, then maybe we’ll talk about your career.” practically stating that he still wanted her to have her freedom and her choice.
Around this time too, Zuki ended up moving out to the Kalos region, along with her father. Jotie didn’t want Zolos or Zuki to leave, admittingly being attached to her father quite a bit, regardless of the fights they had from time to time. Though eventually, she accepted it, and lived with Ary for a good while. While Ary is always busy with something, she has been able to help the family quite a bit, taking care of Jotie quite easily. Using the Psychic powers as an Espeon, she was able to have Jotie wander and want to do the things her mother can. She smiled whenever she saw Jotie try to use Psychic powers, trying to bend a spoon. Though one day when she saw Jotie doing so, the spoon actually wobbled a bit, which caused Ary to pause. She ended up smiling and going over to Jotie, saying, “You know.. When I was an Eevee, I couldn’t even do what you just did. I think you’ll grow to be a very powerful Espeon one day. Probably even more powerful than me.” It was clear her mother is proud, and this made Jotie quite ecstatic to hear.
Even with all the good, there is still a lot of the bad. As she ended up in College, Jotie was always picked on by school bullies more so than ever, unless Krystal was around her. It did get bad during prom night when she was asked out by a male that seemingly held interest in her. When things were slow, he took her out to a water fountain far enough away where there weren't a lot of people, but there were a few school members there that Jotie clearly remembered that they were bullies. It was soon that her clothes were torn and her head was shoved under water. When she thought she was going to die, a star player of the school’s football team that was also attending the prom came across this scene. Being a Vaporeon, he quickly acted out by drawing the water up and washing away the bullies off of Jotie, immediately going over and knocking one off his feet as he stands by Jotie trying to cough out the water to get air. He threatened the bullies that if he ever sees them bully her again, he would personally have the entire football team to kick their asses.
Seeing that Jotie was okay when she got up, he took her to his home to give her a shirt and have some small talk with her. He asked her why she was always getting picked on by them and when she explained that she was different. He rolled his eyes at that, finding that a petty reason. He decided to take care of her, helping her train to defend herself.
After a while, the bullying stopped almost immediately after, having a crush on the star football player of their school. It was practically a daily routine up to the point where he told her that he was going to be moving to a different country. This shattered their dreams, but he did state that he trusts she would be okay, and she’d be welcomed to living with him if she ever chose to move out. While she was crushed, she was given one last gift: A box containing a Water Stone. He told her that if she ever felt the need to become stronger for any reason, to use it. Regardless of what she chose, he would still love her, be it as a love interest, or simply as friends.
Things started to get better after graduation. She heard about something happening to both Zuki and Zolos. Zolos talking about some Mega Stone shattering while Zuki saved their father from it. Though Zolos seemed to be permanently stuck as a Mega Lopunny, while Zuki ended up becoming an Umbreon out of the consequences. He went into a University in order to seek for his dream to become a Servant. Krystal and Jotie both registered into college to follow their career paths. Jotie went to become a chemist, while Krystal went into arts, management, and the more culinary route to one day open up a bar to work at. During these times, Krystal seem to be developing some altered features from always having the Leaf Stone like a necklace, having almost vine-like green markings along her body.
POST EEVEE
Eventually on Summer Break, Krystal and Jotie went on an adventure to the mountains to get into the forested area where their mother told Krystal can become a true Leafeon. However, this all came to a halt when a rockslide happened on the side of the mountain, hitting Krystal and knocking her out as she plummets into a fast flowing river below. Jotie panicked and went to the riverside, but remembered the water stone. Using the stone, she turned into a Vaporeon she is known today, diving in and following the current to where she could be… Hoping she didn’t die.
The flow took her to a dark cavern inside the mountains hidden away. Shards of the Leaf Stone seem to litter the floor next to where a Glaceon lays, being next to some sort of cold blue crystal formation. It was questionable on how the fragments managed to be collected there, but seeing that made Jotie realize that was her sister transformed. Even seeing those markings confirmed it as she quickly sees if she was okay. She did note that the transformation must of saved her sister’s life, but she wasn’t even sure who… or what saved her, since her body was clearly dragged to this giant crystal.
Jotie was cold, shivering, and confused as even being a Vaporeon capable of swimming quickly through water, it wasn’t going to save her from Hypothermia. However, when Jotie passed out next to Krystal, they soon woke up in a tent with her sister in a cottage in the middle of a forest, saved by a strange fox-like creature that did not look like a Pokemon. During the recovery process, this Kitsune would be tending Jotie, noticing her unusual features, while Krystal would be revived eventually as well. When they got used to their own body and healthy enough to return home, the Kitsune would ask if Jotie would like to stay for a bit. While Krystal was hesitant about this, Jotie wanted to stay, as curiosity hit her. With hesitation, Krystal would eventually leave Jotie’s side, but the hermit did collect the shards of the Leaf Stone, giving it to her before they left. Krystal was thankful for the creature, feeling a bit better about this, and leaving Jotie to the hermit’s care.
A year has passed where Jotie would tell the College she was at, telling them that she’s taking a break from courses, as she would be back next year. She found out this hermit was actually a some sort of Warlock whom can sense some very unusual powers she’s never sensed before. He stated to her that he could help her find her true potential, where Jotie did want to seek out. She was warned that her life will change entirely with this power, so she couldn’t just simply accept it. Jotie would take her time on deciding on this, and finally accepted this training, soon gaining a mark of being a Witch. The whole year, she ended up growing her hair out, giving her powers not normally seen as a Vaporeon. This Kitsune would soon place a mark upon her, a crescent moon upon her cheek. He claimed to be her familiar, helping her obtain more powers over time. This was her ‘graduation’ to becoming a fully fledged Witch, where she would be allowed to return to society, but to never tell anyone on what happened.
A couple of years passed, Krystal taking more into extra curricular courses by joining a tennis team while Jotie started to pick up on a more extreme form of chemistry she calls ‘alchemy’ due to its bizarre nature of its physical manipulation and transformations that baffles even her chemist teacher. Nina Sonata, a catgirl even helped Jotie with some of these experiments. Even testing some of them to see the results. This has caused some pretty hilarious accidents during these times. At this point, Nina and Jotie became quick friends, letting Nina test out new potions when she wants to, while Jotie gets to enjoy listening to her play the piano. People has grown skeptical about Jotie’s unusual behavior and markings, but she would only state that she got it from a friend of hers.
As she graduated, Krystal ended up being hired by Kimobo Tavern and Inn, practically close to where Zuki lived at. Jotie however would be seeking out to where her old friend was living at. Finding the location, she finally moved out to live in an entirely new region… A place where Pokemon happen to be scarce, but was known to be a city of opportunity. Little did she know, things seemed to change for her, as she met new friends, new enemies, and an almost entirely new universe for her…
USEFUL INFORMATION
Even though she has taken form of a Vaporeon, her experiments she went through has given her some unusual abilities that isn’t traditionally native. Due to her Water Absorb ability, she is capable of taking in DNA of other species, and over time, if she collects enough of it, she is able to effectively transform into that species. However, this transformation is temporary and isn’t perfect. It always shares the same features as the one she transformed into, but mostly in a female form. The exception is if the DNA came from an incredibly dominant figure, she would hold a bit more of a male form instead. Even then, this requires a lot to do, and she can only stay in this form for anywhere between a week to at most, a month. The personality also seems to change as well, intermixing her own personality, but having a bit of the one that provided the DNA, making her almost an entirely different person.
This did unlock some unique situations however, with special exceptions. She is known to have several forms so far. The first being an Eevee. She is capable of de-evolving, especially if she holds onto the Evolite for a long period of time. The biggest downside of this is she’d need to use a Water Stone to revert back to her usual self.
Another form she is known to have is a Lopunny. It is unknown on how she managed to do that, but she has noticed that whenever her libido gets out of hand, while still having a lot of critical thinking, she would end up transforming into a Lopunny.
There are other forms she has as well, but these are the known ones thus far that she can become at will, though would take some time to do.

Haha! Yeah, my Eevee Sona seems to look somewhat similar to Jordi. Admittedly when the artist and I planned around making my 'vee form I never even met Jordi before until roughly a few months after when I first came across him on Twitter. I find it quite a coincidence when I did, haha!
I do appreciate that, and the extra little details like the socks on the paws and the mane fluff highlights all goes credit to the artist. They did a wonderful job at capturing my pre-evolution form for me when I started off with my sona being a Vaporeon. ^^
