Wether you're big little young or old, everyone can benefit from a little bit of morning stretches and exercise at the start of their day.
Drayk's been watching some of those 70 and 80's home work out videos and managed to get his hands on some
classic retro exercise clothing to work out in so he can work out along with some of his favorite workout videos
on the picture square in the living room. Of course though looks like he's got his morning cocoa at the ready as
well for when exercise time is over. Even lizzers can think ahead sometimes.
