ok our country just realy went crazy!, i dunno how to say this is proper english but our goverment is realy gone too far this time! >:(

just look at this newspaper, the picture tells enough.
they're planning to EARTAG guide dogs from blind people!
just because not ever vet has a chip scanner and because the owner has to recognize his own dog , and because they cant see the dog they made a eartag with braile text on it. This poor dog is part of a beta test and sadly already tagged. :(
