Lavender a Evil shadow lugia who have plans to one day have a kingdom of his own is like some shadow lugia Evil not as evil as most but still evil he do want ever he wants to get what he wants and deal with who ever gets in his way by taking them down or turning them into a diaper. He loves diapers most of all his diaper Azure that he easily over power and turn into his permanent diaper so Lavender will not needing to worry about retaining his inferior form now that it was strapped to his waist as he was once part of Azure he wears him most the time but will sometimes wear other diapers if he in the mood he loves to tease him and rub in the fact he beat him and that shadow lugia's are better and not olny him but any lugia he meets as he have a rivalry with any lugia that not a shadow lugia as he all ways love to prove how powerful his kind is and how they are love more by many people for how cool they look how ever he will respect and even befriend some lugia's if they wear diapers as well and they prove they can hold their own to him like a lugia Mercenary he head about form time to time while he is Evil he is willing to do good things if he will the mood for it with someone he respects a friend any he owns a favour to or if there something worth getting out of it thing is you never know if he will Shadow Blast you in the back or turn you into a diaper for fun if he in the mood but that what makes being with him interesting if your willing to take that risk he will care for any who works for his goals and respect other shadow pokemon he smart as is all ways Scheming something evil and is nice to all who take to risk to get to know him and don't get in his way.

Azure was once a lugia before the darkness in him that become Lavender take his body and turn him into diaper. Azure is a nice guy all ways kind and gentle but over time the darkness in him grow stronger and stronger by ever passing day he did his best to keep it in check but one day when his guard was down the darkness now know as Lavender made his move and quickly take over his body changing it form to a shadow lugia and waste no time in turning Azure into a permanent diaper permanently takeing away any hope of Azure to fight back and take his body back Lavender loves to rub it in about this fact form time to time with no hope of changing back over time no matter how much he trys to fight it he accept his fate and that Lavender is his master even if he trys to stuggle and fight form time to time with Lavender taken all his power he powerless to him and Lavender have full power over him he can even silence Azure if he wants to if he don't want him to talk or keep him form warning any one if Lavender about to turn on them but will rare ever get silence if Lavender with someone he likes or respects but he do try to look at some of the good sides to being a diaper for one it comfy and him and Lavender talk sometimes even trys to talk some good into Azure knows he all ways be permanent pamp around his waist.
