Tuft can't do much except flop around on land, the water is his domain. Faster than any legged + tail anthro, he playfully zips about with his friends. His flippers and flexible seal heritage give him almost unmatched maneuverability as well. He uses this at work to herd schools of fish into fishing nets and prevent any from escaping. Today though is just play.

He's actually considered extremely buff and attractive by the female aquatics, who flirt with him both above and below the waves. Who wouldn't love to scruff those cute ears and head?
