A meme started out by http://sukanar.deviantart.com that I noticed other folk doing and thought it would be a good way to sort of visualise how my characters might sound like.
The way I approached this would be as if my main characters were in a drama-comedy style animated series set in an undisclosed location based on the UK and North America. The way they are depicted in the webcomic doesn't really appeal to me as what I think the characters should really behave like or even look like, so maybe I might just end the comic in a while and start an animated internet cartoon series! If I can find the time, ideas and energy.
Willow - I think she's a tricky one. The only voice actress who I think would be kind of what I'm imagining her sounding like would be by Kath Soucie, though I'm still a bit sketchy on this one. Despite being attractive she is a quite a rough and ready chick too, which would add some amusement to the character.
Timothy - I think David Tennant's voice would suit this guy to a T. It's a pity I am never happy with how Willow and Tim are depicted in the comic sometimes.
Russell and Reg - These are probably the most fun characters I've drawn in terms of potential ideas for cartoons, and I think Charlie Adler would be my first choice for them easily - not only is he among my top five favourite voice actors (if not my favourite), he has that sort of gravelly voice that would suit them perfectly! Plus I think the twins would argue with each other a lot in a cartoon, so again I think it is a great choice.
Gregg - James McGreggor's namesake Ewan McGregor would probably the best choice to voice him - in a cartoon he'd be a fun adventurous character. A bit like Ewan! He may be a kangaroo but he doesn't need a thick aussie accent to prove it =P Plus I love Ewan as an actor, as well as an adventurer in 'Long Way Round' and 'Long Way Down'.

A very interesting meme to say the least. :) I see the personal appeal for Willow and Timothy has gone down hill somewhat, perhaps you may want to change the comic and have Russel and Reg the main characters instead, just a theory.
I guess you probably haven't heard many female actors, but I'm sure Kath Sourcie wouldn't be a bad voice for Willow, especially if she sounded like Kitty Pryde in 'Pryde of the X-Men'.
David Tennant as Timothy huh? With his Scottish Accent, or his faulse London Estuary accent like the one I have. :D
Ah, Charlie Adler, I should have known you would use Jammit (the more intended adult version of the voice of Chicken, though Chicken's is a slightily lower pitch I guess) as a reference image :D. I guess he could use his normal voice for one of the two twins, if not another actor I know who can provide a decent high pitched voice is Pat Fraley. But I'm sure Adler would sound great as those two, I would certanly watch it. :)
And I think I'll have to go along with you with Ewen McGreagor, as I've only seen him in the more recent Star Wars Trilogy. :D
Very interesting indeed, if you do turn Willow and Timothy into a net cartoon, I'll be looking forward to seeing it, but mind you it's the same with everything you do. :D

Willow and Tim would be sidelined if I made an actual series, unless somebody else can find a way to make the characters more interesting. Russ and Reg would probably be the leads unless I can think of something better. Plus with the comic I'd eventually run out of ideas for gags I suppose.
Charlie Adler's a versatile voice actor, I've tried doing a sort of imitation of some of the voices he's done too, but it is a work in progress just now =P I'll definitely want the squirrel twins' voices to be a fair bit gravellier than they were in the Deadline animation considering me and the other guy who worked on it are planning to remake it.

I noticed in your last comic, it tended to be very political, rather then amusing. So sorry but that's what I noticed. I can see you're probably at a slump with those two characters. Anyway a change in direction sounds interesting to me at least.
Good luck with those Adler voices BTW. :)

David SO fits as Tim :3 he'd give him such life ^^
Kath I've probably heard in something other than satAM and just not realised, but if she can do a more "city" english voice then sure! :3
But I'm not too sure about the twins, if charlie can bend his voice a little sure, but I've never heard him do anything other than the spiky nazel voice for chicken or jammet. Would it fit?
And Ewan as a kangaroo? A stroke of Genius! ^^
