This is a very personal piece for me, on multiple levels. It's also my first ever painting.

I love this piece. I love my mommies and Paisley, and I used to love camping out of an RV on the weekends, it was SUPER relaxing. And making s'mores by the campfire was always fun (burn, marshmallow.... buuuurrrrrn).

I also wanted to do something nice for my little family here. After visiting and leaving them in March, I was in a *really* bad place. I was crying for WEEKS afterward because I was so *happy* to be around them (I had to cover my face on the plane home because I was crying the entire time). But they helped me get through my spell of depression (with the help of new anxiety meds), and I wanted to do something kind in return.

I love this little family I've found, and I really, REALLY hope COVID doesn't complicate my next visit to them in August.
