Ha, no worries friend. I too remember those days! I'm amazed by how accessible awesome tools like this are these days.
While the $400+ Wacom still serves its purpose, and I love mine, the tablet is definitely an awesome digital sketchbook for capturing spur-of-the-moment sketches. The s-pen that comes with the device is actually made with Wacom technology, so it works really well as you'd expect but at a fraction of the cost.

Yes, I love this little tablet! Got it recently and have been using it for quick, spur-of-the-moment drawings when inspiration strikes. It's like a little sketchbook for me and is really comfy to draw on (not too big, not too heavy, but not too small either). I have little baby hands so I'm picky when it comes to physical dimensions and comfort of the device, haha. It doesn't get warm when I work, either... and the battery life is really excellent so far! Just make sure it is the 2019 edition with the s-pen, they're all pretty different.
I'd highly recommend it. The price is good and the responsiveness of the pen is everything I'd expect from Wacom technology. That is to say, it works very well!
Autodesk's Sketchbook app is essential imo. It's free and is perfect for what I use the tablet for.
