The "P" in "P-balloon" stands for "Pay."

Charleigh is pretty much the image of the "arrogant streamer" type of personality.
Usually he spends most of his spare time thinking up harebrained ways to make his viewers donate more often, and then spends the other time streaming berating them for not spending more on him and calls it a "personality trait." Though it's part of why some people watch him as it's kind of hilarious to watch the steadily blowing up balloon boy try to sound intimidating as he increasingly finds himself unable to reach the controller he was using before.

I'd have had this out much earlier, but I lost the original sketch and lineart and gave up until being convinced to try replacing it with a Gyzao capture. Whatever though~
