Mo Manzoni is the successor of his local Monster Truck community's champion, chosen through a chance toss of his mentor's keys. He immediately becomes the object of his fellow trucker's scorn and jealousy. He seeks his mentor, Trucker Duck, for advice, but he's been drafted into a war in the city's sewer system. So, armed with a monster truck and accompanied by a former gang member, Mo goes into the sewers to retrieve Trucker and convince him to come out of retirement.
