Captial city of the Varish Imperium, on the moon-world of Varish-Anor. The Imperium controls the Selesta galaxy, roughly 3 times the size of the Milky Way, and is a combination of Timelord and Ancient culture and technology.

The imperiums is part of Jasons universe, where he is both the Preator (military comander) and High Chancillor of the council of Nine, which represent the ruling Houses of the Imperium.

*Note: The cities architecture isnt the actual cities one...due to my lack of good description or any picture references he could only really show the ancient (sga) styling of the city, whereas ive more desigined it as a combination of largely gothic with hints of ancient and elvishy (i use that term lightly) styled buildings and towers...still..i love the picture :3*
