So. It's a beautiful day outside. I don't have any terminal or life-altering diseases, my job is going okay, and school is doing alright. There is absolutely no reason for me to feel anything but fantastic.

So why do I feel mildly sad?

Dunno. But I feel creative! For the first time in ages. So I sit down, put on some good music, and start doodling. Most of it is crap. But then, a song catches my ear. It perks my interest, and things start to click together. I put the song on repeat, flip to a new page of my sketchbook and draw.

Why is that I always get the most interesting pictures when I'm in a sad or reflective mood?



Anyway, so yeah, sketch thing I churned out it less than 30 minutes. Don't ask me what's going on, I don't really have any clue, I'm just the artist. She just kind of drew herself onto the page.

Really proud of that wing though. And the anatomy. And the drippy effects. <3
