The city of Santo Tomas is known across California for creating diverse districts and foreign tourist traps, but not without mixed reactions among its citizens and visitors. This Kazakh yurt village is one of the least visited areas in the city, as it has recently become a tourist attraction, just a month after the disappearance of the six boys.

Recently however, tour groups for the Kazakh village are formed small and mostly composed of Russians and other Europeans. Among them is one group composed of few visitors from Germany and one from the Netherlands. In this situation, Officer Sam, a cop temporarily transferred from Snout City, is summoned to solve the case of one stolen tube from New Alka, and happens to find one held by the said tourist group.
