I'm sorry for anyone who liked the WIP and didn't expect me to change it this much! I ended up making so many mistakes with the last one, I essentially re-drew the whole thing. 😬

But, look at that improvement! That's just... WOW! That's great! I can't stop staring at this, help! 😃

This is Deka (pronounced "Day-guh", as it's Greek for "ten"), Rigby's pe-
*hears snarling*
-best friend. His Doberman best friend.

Of course this dork named her "ten". I hate him.

She's his... best friend in both universes.

In the Human AU, she's a dog he finds as a stray one day and takes in. (I love Dobermans, I'd do the same, despite the high chance of them being hostile against me for being a stranger they don't know. 😆) I just want a whole pack of them now... ;-;

She warms up to him pretty quickly and they become friends. She realizes that he's kind of an idiot and needs her protection real fast, so it's good timing.

In the Ghost AU, once again she's a stray Doberman he adopts, except the twist is...
...she's DEAD!!! >:D

Deka: ...
Me: sorry

Initially they didn't hit it off, to say the least. 😬 Let's just say Rigby took the usual approach he does with other ghosts with her. Same song and dance: they fight, succy-succy in Fenton Thermos, bye-bye in ghost portal. :)

Wait, no, that's bad this time. :(

She digs her way back out and explores around his house, noticing a familiar scent... And, she goes into his room and takes advantage of the fact he's in his helpless Human form right now. Then, goes for the kill! 😈

Deka: *BARKS*
Me: Okay, okay!

She's initially confused as the kid in the bed looks and smells like the one who fought her earlier, but... he's alive. What the heck? Unfortunately, being a ghost near him sets off his ghost sense and wakes him up. (Deka, he has to go to school in the morning, come on.) (*barks*) (Alright, apology accepted.)

After screaming after seeing her in his bed, she runs off to avoid another confrontation, and he changes forms to go catch her again. (Great, another note from the teacher about sleeping in class...) He gets outside and she sniffs him again and asks what's the deal. Rigby explains to her about the fact he's a half-ghost freak of nature, then questions how he understands her barks (then realizes it's ghost speak. 🤦 Idiot.)

Feeling sorry for her, he can't bring himself to throw her back in the Ghost Zone again, as she seems to be unhappy there. But, having a ghost in a home with a ghost hunter isn't wise, either.
...they make it work.

They also quickly become friends after playing in the park all night. They end up having so much fun, Rigby forgets it's a school night. :)
(Meh, I did the same in school. Staying up all night watching Family Guy and Robot Chicken on [adult swim]. Wait)

Her overall personality is "sassy", basically. She's constantly eyeing Rigby with sardonic looks when he does something stupid. She also tends to comment on it, which annoys him to no end.

She typically helps him when he's fighting ghosts and is pretty good at tracking them down herself! However, being a weaker dog ghost, she tends to go head first into situations he has to get her out of. Darn those protective instincts...
(I don't mean she's constantly a damsel in distress, though! 😬)

Overall, they're friends and she's a good dog. :)
