Somehow, I never gave much that about doing a Brandy bondage artwork, I never did. Not once, did it ever occur to my mind. I guess I just wanted to look for new or more characters to go after and for the heck of it, that's when I decided to go after Brandy from 'Brandy and Mr. Whiskers' and (do you really need to ask? Like...Really?) and place her in an underwater peril.
