This is my new Protogen character Walter. He's a Civil Engineer.
I really hope that I followed all the rules properly for the protogen race. I wanted to give him a more unique silhouette with the big paws, but I'm afraid they may be pushing the "no raptor/dinosaur traits" rule.
Anyways, Walter works in construction, and is one of Fibbs's co-workers.
