Happy #PawDay! Scruffkerfluff drew the shaded artowrk, and I photoblended/shadowed it into the famous Bliss photo taken by Charles O'Rear. I am a complete shading n00b, but I love the final result to bits. Bless Microsoft, and Bless Scruff.

Ooooooooo.
Hey, is your desktop animated, then? I've just started looking into how to do that. I remember setting up an animated desktop in ... XP? Vista? And it was pretty neat, but a bit glitchy. So I gave up on it for many years. I figure it's gotta be better now, right?

Yeah, it is.
For better visibility, I hid my icons while recording the gif.
I use wallpaper engine to make (shamefuly steal :p) this. It is available on Steam, but doesn't require Steam to be open to work. You can see it here: https://store.steampowered.com/app/.....lpaper_Engine/
Here is the official website too: https://www.wallpaperengine.io/
There is also Rainway for that which is more advanced, but also extremely more complicated. Although, with Rainway, you can do some freaking crazy stuff if you know how to use it. I don't, so I don't use it. Wallpaper engine is a quick & easy way to do it.
