Some new design ideas for Xero. Got a little iffy thinking about the current colors on Xero and am also kinda in the mindset of making a new ref and kiiiinda wanna change 'em up a bit!
A less eye-hurting goldish fur, a cream colored belly (imo a great change...), less spikey patterns and some eye marks (that probably won't be seen since his hair is so long so that might not be happening.)
Lemme know what ya think! I also haven't drawn in a bit so I went with the lazy brainstormin' kind of coloring/lining, heh

Yeah the color change is definitely a good choice, the cream is a great matching look too! And of course lots of size showing potential there. Dunno how I feel about the less spikey patterns (it’s just a personal feeling imo), but they still keep a similar shape and are pleasing to look at!
Thank ya~! I just felt like there was a pretty big inconsistency to when I did the marks. Especially the legs, so I thought just reducing the number of spikes and shortening their length would make it a little simpler for consistency sake! It also just feels a little less intrusive on the rest of his mass. :>
