tried a few things including a single sized brush and closed line art to color things instantly without carefully filling the edges for hours on end
aaaaand progressive shading on the hairs' tips
though i might revert to variable brus size later on i'm kinda happy with how fast i went for this one ^^
and again, if you have tips for digital art (am on sketchbook)

oooh and if one of you have an idea on how to do a glowing effect please tell meh ! ^°V°^
