Since Lana lives with her new friends in the Prehistoric Valley. There were almost lots of things around here, including: rivers, forests, caves to sleep, & even a huge wall to avoid carnivorous dinosaurs coming in.
One morning, the sun was shining, and the clouds were clear, and it's starting to be a nice day for Lana, who just woken up.
"Oh," she yawned. "Wow, the sun's getting my attention."
And it was. Then, Lana's parents woke up.
"Morning, Lana," said her mother, Liliana.
But Lana was already outside.
"What are you doing outside?" asked her father.
But Lana was too busy looking at the sun, but then turned to her parents.
"Sorry," she said, who was a little excited. "But, mom, didn't you remember what you said yesterday?"
Liliana did remember. Yesterday, she told Lana that they were going to the Northern Waterfall, with was next to Lana's former home.
"Well, sure, Lana," she said, who looked a little sad.
Lana looked at her mother.
"What's wrong, mother?" she asked.
"Do you remember when we used to live in the Northern Valley?"
"Yeah, I know," said Lana. "I already remember it after I was hatched before Clawback destroyed it. But I like living in the Prehistoric Valley better. So are we gonna go today, or not?"
"Of course we'll go, Lana," replied her mother, thinking that she'll never forget.
A few minutes passed, until all the kids woke up from their sleep, even their parents, who were a little tired at first. Even though Lana was so excited, she didn't realized that the clouds became darker, and the fog appeared. When it was time to go, Liliana look at the clouds.
"Uh, Lana?" she began.
"Yes, mom?" said Lana quickly.
Before her mother could say anything else, Lana looked up to the clouds, as they formed together.
"Oh no," said Candi, who was along with Lana. "It's gonna rain."
"Oh, how I hate rainy days," moaned Patty.
"Patty, it's not gonna rain," said Petrini, Patty's mother. "The black clouds will make it even windy."
"Your mother's right, Patty," agreed Orina. "It's no use to complain just because the clouds are dark."
The fog became foggier and foggier, making it hard to see. Bella, who was running up towards the others, couldn't see where she was going, then she tripped over a rock, and into a mud puddle.
"Are you alright, Bella?" asked Brandon.
"Ugh, yeah," said Bella, spitting the mud from her mouth.
Luckily for her, she wasn't seriously hurt, just a bit embarrassed.
Meanwhile, Deanna, Danny and Brandon's mother, had some trouble because of the fog. Then she stopped, as she almost hit a tree. It was actually a dead end.
"Oh darn!" groaned Orina. "Now we can't go anywhere!"
"I have an idea," said Don, Danny's father, and thinking quickly, she swing her tail, knocking the trees down.
"See? It's more easier now."
The others looked at each other, but without saying anything, they continued on walking.
After a few minutes of walking, they heard a rumbling noise.
"It's Clawback!" cried Patty, hiding behind her mother.
"Where?!" added Lana.
But it was actually a rumbling noise of Candi's stomach.
"Oh, Candi!" said Bella.
Candi blushed with embarrassment.
"I'm sorry," she said. "I'm just hungry, that's all. When will we find something to eat?"
"There's plenty of leaves and berries for all of us," said Deanna. "When we get there, you kids can have all the food you want, got it?"
"Yes, Mrs. Diplodocus," replied Lana, as everyone carried on walking.
But it wasn't long until they reached the waterfall, and they were just in time, as the clouds were now clear, as well as the foggy mist.
"Here we are," said Don. "This is the 'Northern Waterfall".
The Northern Waterfall used to be an old legend, cause a long time ago, before Lana was born, the Northern Waterfall used to be used for carnivorous dinosaurs to sleep in, but after the carnivorous left the waterfall, and was abandoned, until a dinosaur cleaned up the source.
"Wow! I've never seen this waterfall so beautiful," said Danny, when was so amazed.
"See?" explained Deanna. "This waterfall used to be abandoned, until one time, a long time ago, a long-necked dinosaur and it's herd took a long time to clean everything up, and clearing the clog so that the water would go rushing through to have the stream of water being perfectly clean and sweet."
Everyone was amazed of what Deanna had explained. It didn't last for long, when the sun became brighter and brighter. The kids began to sweat.
"Whew!" said Lana. "I expect this day to be hot, not that hotter!"
"Don't worry, Lana," said Lana's father. "We'll found a good shade for all of us, and we can relax for the whole day, and when we come back, we'll think of the good things we had there, okay?"
Lana wasn't so sure. She knew that her day had became the hottest in the whole world!
After they found a shade, Candi and her parents were getting hungry. They were right, as their stomachs growled. They blushed.
"Here we are," said Deanna. "Leaves and berries for..."
Before she can finish, the kids ran for the leaves and berries.
"...everyone," finished Deanna, as the kids began to eat.
A few minutes after they began eating, Patty's mother, Petrini, was flying around looking out for something to happen. Just then, a huge leaf cover her, causing her to fly around even more, but out of control, screaming, she crash-landed into the river.
"Petrini?" Said Deanna. "Where are you?"
"I'm here!" cried Petrini, as she flew back to the Northern Waterfall.
She shooked to dry herself, but ended up being puffed up like a fuzzy bush.
"Oh dear," said Patty, trying not to laugh. "Mama, you look funny."
Petrini glared at Patty, which she stopped laughing.
"Patty," began Petrini, "I..."
She was cut off, as Lana shouted, "Mom! Look what I found!"
And Lana held up a shiny rainbow stone. The rest of her friends ran over to see what Lana had. It was really pretty.
"That's so beautiful," said Orina. "What are you gonna do with it?"
"I'm not sure," replied Lana. "I need to show to my mother."
As she walked towards her mother, she suddenly tripped, and dropped the stone, and fell into the river.
"Oh bummer!" exclaimed Lana. "It was so pretty, until I've dropped it!"
"That's not the only one you've dropped, Lana," said Brandon, "look."
And at that moment, when Lana turned, she was surprised. Right there, standing at the edge, were a pile of rainbow stones, that were shining as if they were new.
"Wow," she said. "I really want to get those stones, but how? I can't go over there. It's dangerous."
"Don't be so worries," said Deanna. "My neck is long enough to reach those stones."
Carefully as she can, Deanna reached over the edge, and grabbed the stones, one by one.
"Thank you, Mrs. Diplodocus," said Lana, politely, as Deanna gave a stone to her.
"May I one, too?" asked Candi.
"My mom can't be rushed, Candi," said Danny. "She'll get them, but one by one, okay?"
Candi was silent for a little while.
It was getting dark, and the kids were getting tired, except Bella, who was looking at the bright stars.
"Hey, Bella, want to play with us?" asked Lana.
But Bella payed no attention, and continued looking at the bright stars.
"Bella? Do you want to play or not?" asked Lana again.
But Bella was still looking at the bright stars than to pay attention. Lana walked over to her.
"Bella," she said, "I ask you again, do you want to pl...?"
She stopped, as she saw the bright stars too.
"Wow!"
"Yeah, I know," said Bella. "Hey guys, look at the bright stars on the sky!"
The other kids looked at the sky. Bright stars were everywhere! So many, Candi lost count of them. So many, that made Patty more dizzy looking at all of the stars. So many, that... you know... that Lana was so happy. Her day had became from hotter, to startastic!
