I love seeing puffy cheeks of women when they hold their breath. I love the flowing hair, the weightlessness and visuals of being underwater, really elevates the beauty of women. I also enjoy the peril element; you can't breathe underwater ;) and I love seeing women drown in (fantasy) situations.
