If it's in Nebraska I'm almost certain it was running to Cheyenne or Denver for some special thing.

I don't have the schedule on me and haven't seen it in a long time but I bet it was going to one of those two cities.

Locos like this are just some beautys, and to think she's not even articulated. How is she on curves? I know rule of thumb with any engine is to slow before taking a curve but, given the 844's size, what does she normally have to do? Now, looking at the tende, I'm heavily reminded of a Big Boy, mostly due to all those wheels and it's length. Here's what I'd like to do: have her painted maroon, gets some Hogwarts Express Carriages, put the Hogwarts sign um... right on that square part under the headlamp, paint a gold band around her smoke stack. Would that look cool to anyone other than me?

You know I just realized that I have had this as my desktop for the past year almost. (I did alter it to be black and white though. sorry). I have never had an image on any matching of mine that long without changing it.
