Nickname: Everyone mostly just calls her Vim, but Nugget sometimes refers to her as Butterfuck when he's annoyed with her. Is referred to as 'The Iron Maiden' in her adult form.

Backstory:
Vim doesn't remember how she came to lose her connection to Grimm and the Troupe, or even remember them at all. She spent quite a bit of time wandering the land by herself and feeding on lifeblood cocoons, trying to remember what she is and where she belongs. Many bugs took on the role of her protector in that time, but all of them met unfortunate ends. After accidentally stumbling her way into Deepnest via a hidden pit she had to be rescued by Nugget multiple times from the many dangers lurking there. Recognizing his immense strength and hidden kindness, she decided to latch onto the reluctant garpede by using her cute appearance to charm him into wanting to keep protecting her.

Weapon of choice:
none, she can bite (through which she can inject a deadly venom) and occasionally teleport around but her flames are permanently tainted by lifeblood; they emit a pleasant and soothing warmth that appears to have healing properties

Personality:
An air of tranquility surrounds her. She can speak but often chooses not to, using mainly gestures and small sounds to communicate. What she lacks in physical strength she makes up for by using her childlike appearance to manipulate others into letting their guards down (making it so much easier for her protector to crush them unawares). She doesn't appear to have any real concept of fear, often coming across as rather playful and toying with those who would try to harm her. Like she's daring them to try something. While contented she often hums to herself and blue butterflies will begin to appear in her general vicinity.

Other:
-Her mask and veil are an effort to blend in more, as her facial markings make her stand out quite a bit.

-She really enjoys watching Nugget crush the life out of others.

-Despite her obvious sadism, she's actually very sweet to those she likes. Almost to an overwhelming degree at times, in large part because she has some severe abandonment issues and desperately wants to be liked by those she cares for. The only thing she truly fears is being alone again, so she's quick to turn aggressive towards anyone she views as a threat to her relationship with Nugget.
-Her flames can burn away plague, but it also causes hosts to suffer an agonizing death. She suspects there's a way to do this that would result in a cure, but she isn't sure how.

-Many have tried to use her abilities for their own selfish reasons in the past and as a result she is extremely slow to trust other bugs with anything more than a surface knowledge of herself.

-Speaks in a way that sounds older than she appears.

Weapon of choice:
scissor blade, which she likes to wield more like a guillotine than a nail by taking calculated swings to dismember her foes; she also uses the back ribbons of her 'dress' like grasping claws on anyone that gets too close

Personality:
What sweetness she once had seems to have gone and been replaced by an ice cold rage. Tall and quietly threatening, she wanders alone challenging anyone that crosses her path who seems to be a warrior. She is entirely single-minded in her pursuit of becoming stronger, destroying anyone and anything that might get in her way.

Other:
-She generally won't harm anyone she judges too weak to be worth the effort unless they directly anger her. She might even engage in polite conversation with them if they're especially lucky.

-In combat she is excessively cruel, aiming to dismember one limb at a time and make her opponents suffer as much as possible. If she feels they are dying too quickly or risk bleeding out she will use her healing powers to put a stop to that.
