Kaoru Kino, a genius surgeon, worked as a doctor. In a snowy mountain accident, he lost his brother and family (?). As his right arm was seriously damaged by frost bite (?), he replaced it with his deceased brother�s arm. A passenger aboard the �Akatsuki�, Kino discovered the power of AGITO and transformed into �Another AGITO�. Its physical attributes are high, and its most powerful attack, the �Assault Kick�, is comparable, in power, to Agito�s �Shining Rider Kick�. It is reputed as the �most powerful� AGITO so far. Kino uses the transformation belt called �Ank Point�, and with the power of the �Alter Force�, Kino�s off-road bike is also transformed into Dark Hopper.
