Sitting in the lodge at Steven's after work just after sunset. A cloudy day already, but from around the rim of the resort's slopes crawled a fog. Gently down the mountain like some great, splayed out, torso-only corpse roadkill. Clawing it's way obliquely down the mountain, shielding it from prying eyes in the grey of sunset and the grey of clouds.
