Our brooding narrator reflects upon better times. All flashbacks look better in sepia. That's the color of memories!
kashra and I are posting one page of the comic, each, everyday. So I post all the odd number pages, while Kashra is posting all the even number pages. We're updating it everyday, until we have all 16 pages posted.
So to get all the pages, and in order, you have to look in the description of the uploaded comic-page, and use the "<<prev" and the "next>>" buttons, which link all the pages together in order, even though Kashra and I are posting the pages between both our FA pages.

Ok cool! Well I just noticed two things right off the bat. I think the flying panels in these first pages could really benefit from some action lines to suggest movement. I know that the sepia gives a hint of old photos, but I don't think many people remember events that they've experienced in still images alone. So some action lines might help to make it feel like the planes have speed and are actually flying. Or the characters could wear something like a scarf that is always horizontal when they're flying or something like that.
The other thing I noticed was that some of the text boxes cut off sentences in odd ways, like the word "Valkyries" for on this page. Usually text boxes in comics finish a sentence within one box so that it doesn't break the flow of the dialog or narration between boxes.
I don't want to sound like I'm nitpicking because I do like what's been uploaded so far. Good work, both of you. =]

Thanks a lot for the kindness and wanting to keep up!
Just in case,
kashra and I are actually uploading new pages every day, until the whole thing is posted.
I'm posting all the odd number pages, and h e's posting all the even numbered pages.
If you look in the description of the picture, you can use the "<<prev" and "next>" to check out all the comic pages in consecutive order. :3

I love this time period, and the subject of the biplanes and the life with them... Oh, this would have made a great entry into Sofawolf's "Historimorphs," with or without the erotica. Still, it is nice to see the guys finding a bit of love (or at least fulfilling lust) with each other. The lone pilot does get a bit stale after a while.
The clothing is so good, too. It rests and fits them so well. I like seeing well-dressed fuzzies (or at least fuzzies whose clothes actually fit correctly). People nowadays don't know anything about fit. Your main husky looks quite good in that tie, but his flight outfit is really the best, especially that flight jacket and the goggles.
I feel bad for him, loosing the one thing he did well, the camaraderie he had, and then being sort of forgotten. Freedom like his was very rare and precious. *sighs and dreams about the past*
